Agency demo requests

This notice explains how PropManage handles information submitted through the agency demo request form. It covers that form only, not information in a PropManage account.
Information collected and why
The form collects your name and email address, plus an optional agency name and rental-unit range. We use these details to respond to your request for an agency demo. The form also records when you gave permission for this use and whether the request has been marked as contacted.
Who can access the request
Demo requests are kept in the PropManage admin inbox. Access is limited to PropManage super admins. The form does not automatically send your contact details by email. The demo-submission analytics event includes the event and selected rental-unit range, but not your name, email address, or agency name.
How long we keep it
A demo request becomes eligible for deletion 6 months after the last contact recorded about it. If we have not contacted you, the 6-month period starts when we receive the request. Eligible requests are removed during the next daily cleanup, and an administrator may delete a request sooner.
Questions or deletion requests
To ask a question or request deletion sooner, email info@coreviatechnologies.org. We will verify the request using the email address submitted with the demo request and delete the inbox record within 30 days after verification.
